Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Motor Technician to join our Aftersales team at our state-of-the-art Ford and Hyundai dealership in the Hebron Road Industrial Estate, Kilkenny.

This position is Full-time, Permanent & Pensionable, with excellent terms & conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to the highest manufacturer standards.
  • Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
  • Work with other workshop and dealership colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician, with experience in vehicle diagnostics.
  • Previous experience with Hyundai vehicles and Electric Vehicles is a plus but not essential.
  • Organised, flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a full clean driver’s licence.

We are currently recruiting for a Ford Master Technician to join our Aftersales team at our state-of-the-art Ford and Hyundai dealership in the Hebron Road Industrial Estate, Kilkenny.

This position is Full-time, Permanent & Pensionable, with excellent terms & conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to Ford Master Technician standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other workshop colleagues.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.
  • Use the latest Ford diagnostic and repair equipment to resolve complex issues.
  • Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
  • Work closely with the Aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Certified Ford Master Technician (or equivalent high-level expertise in Ford vehicles).
  • Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior technicians.
  • An organised, flexible team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a full clean driver’s licence.
